Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are working toward expanding to international destinations in the near future.

Delivery Time: 1 – 2 business days

Orders placed Monday – Saturday

Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Note: We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Method

After processing, orders are shipped using standard shipping methods.

Processing time: 12-26 days (International), 3-6 days (United States).

Delivery may vary based on location and seasonal demand.

We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Items returned to sender

6. Lost or Missing Packages

Once your item is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for:

Packages lost or stolen after delivery

Items forwarded or redirected by customer request

If your package is missing and tracking shows it has not been delivered or has been in transit beyond 15 business days:

Please contact us with your order number

We will open an investigation with the carrier

If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate

7. Tracking Your Order

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your shirt must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (your order information).

Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

Your order number and full name

Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order information)

Reasons for return

To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the product that is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
