Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Whether you received a damaged or incorrect product, or you simply want a different item, we’re here to assist. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@sunnykisstee.com to start the process.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (your order information).

Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at support@sunnykisstee.com Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order information)
  • Reasons for return
  • To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the product that is defective or damaged.

We will confirm your return within 2–3 business days after receiving it.

After Your Return Request

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the submitted information. We’ll send you an email within 2-3 business days to let you know if your return has been approved or not approved.

  • If Approved: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. The handling of the return shipping label and costs will depend on the reason for the return (see Return Shipping below).
  • If Not Approved: We will send you an email explaining the reason for denial. Common reasons include items that show signs of wear, are past the 30-day window, or do not have the original tags or packaging.

Return Shipping:

Shipping costs for returning the item are determined by the reason for the return:

Customer-Initiated Return? (Change of mind, personal preference, ordering mistake): The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If we provide a return label for convenience, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Our Fault? (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product): We will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

If your return is approved and the item is received and confirmed, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Note on Deductions: If the return was due to a customer-initiated reason (non-fault), the original shipping charges are non-refundable and any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
